Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. CAT Computer is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Customer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services. CAT Computer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Methods

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore all orders shipping within Texas will be charged applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate.

Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. CAT Computer does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

CAT Computer respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from CAT Computer are updates to any recent orders and/or returns.

Change of Order
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call 1-214-457-1222 during CAT Computer's hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order (SO) or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Product Information
CAT Computer strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, CAT Computer shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, if hyperlinks to other websites from CAT Computer are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion, CAT Computer does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.

Product Revisions
Cat Computer is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, CAT Computer puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the original component manufacturer. CAT Computer relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences to us as soon as possible, but this is not always done in a reasonable time frame. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, CAT Computer will not be held responsible for product revision changes.

Software Return Policy

This is our Detailed Software Return Policy.
Opened OEM software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement RMAs will only be honored if the returned software is defective or damaged.
No software returns will be accepted after 30 days.
OEM software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. CAT Computer is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, prior to purchase.

LCD Display Return Policy

· There must be a minimum of 8 dead pixels to declare an LCD display defective and eligible for return.
CAT Computer adheres to the dead-pixel policy that is observed by the majority of our manufacturers. In order to declare any product with an LCD screen "defective" and eligible for replacement or refund through any applicable CAT Computer Return Policy, there must be a minimum of 8 (eight) dead LCD pixels.

Desktop PC, Notebook, Workstation, Gamer and Server Return Policy

· Return for replacement within: 30 days (defective items only)
This is our Detailed Desktop PC, Notebook, Workstation, Gamer and Server Return Policy. Under this policy all Desktop PC's, Notebooks, Workstations, Gamers and Servers are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Any Desktop PC's, Notebooks, Workstations, Gamers or Servers that are deemed defective may be returned for a replacement or repair within 30 days only, but a request for refund will not be granted. If a Desktop PC, Notebook, Workstation, Gamer or Server is returned for a replacement, but no problems are found, the Desktop PC, Notebook, Workstation, Gamer or Server will be returned at your (the buyer's) expense. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC, Notebook, Workstation, Gamer or Server and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, Workstation, Gamer or Server that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at CAT Computer's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items; however, in some situations the item may require parts that may have to be ordered from the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately CAT Computer cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer's established processing time. If you have a question regarding a Desktop PC, Notebook, Workstation, Gamer or Server, please contact our Customer Service Department. THIS RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO DESKTOP PC's, NOTEBOOKS, WORKSTATIONS, or SERVERS PURCHASED UNDER AN "ON-SITE" WARRANTY OR AN "EXTENDED" WARRANTY.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to CAT Computer. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for CAT Computer to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at CAT Computers discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through CAT Computer are subject to our "Terms, Agreements and Return Policies" page (this page). Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your CAT Computer Return Policy. Products that are returned to CAT Computer with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

Additional RMA Terms
Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to CAT Computer.

Improper settings or over clocking of CPUs are non-returnable. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

CAT Computer encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may void your CAT Computer return policy.

If you return any physically damaged item to CAT Computer, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

CAT Computer Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from CAT Computer ("Custom Advanced Technology"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and CAT Computer agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and CAT Computer. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from CAT Computer.


CAT Computer offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or repair guarantee on all purchases, except open boxed or remanufacturered items. All open boxed or remanufactured will each have their own specified warranties as stated on our website.
Product Return Procedure
• To return a product for repair or replacement in compliance with CAT Computer's satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Please call 1-214-457-1222 to acquire steps for obtaining an RMA number. All RMA requests must be filed online. CAT Computer will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by CAT Computer. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
• Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to CAT Computer. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. If returning for replacement, customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, warranty cards, and other accessories provided by CAT Computer. If any component of the returned product is missing, CAT Computer's Replacement Procedure will be breached and CAT Computer may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
• CAT Computer will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges.

3. General Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon CAT Computer until it is accepted; CAT Computer must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with CAT Computer. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss: CAT Computer will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Freight On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. CAT Computer reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow CAT Computer to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit CAT Computer to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. CAT Computer will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but CAT Computer will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between CAT Computer and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. CAT Computer and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Texas, Dallas County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against CAT Computer ("Custom Advanced Technology") that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability: If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Texas law.
Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with CAT Computer's invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between CAT Computer and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between CAT Computer and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
